It happens only in India..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like they have some old stock pending sometimes. I bought colour smoke cracker from here. Out of 5.. No one worked perfectly. No proper smoke and in some smoke came out from both side and that also not properly. Matla Kothi also burst like single shot and not proper. Old stock in big shop.. So disappointing.
