★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE
I was shifting from Tilak Nagar to GN west, so decided to buy furniture from Ambika Furniture. I bought 1 bed (with side tables) and sofa set 7 months ago. After 2 months, side tables knobbs were broken and 4 weeks ago, one of the sides of my recliner sofa got broken. I called the shop owner to get it fixed. He kept me assuring for 2 weeks but had not sent anyone to repair it. Then he asked me to bring the entire scrap to his factory at jail road, since their workers were not willing to visit Greater Noida in winters on bike. They picked the scrap and charged me Rs. 2200 for one side carriage despite promising 1500 carriage initially. While delivering it back, these buggers asked me to pay 2200 beforehand they started to send the delivery guy, thinking that i will refuse to pay once i get my sofa back. Ashamed of fooling people.

Delivery is late by 2 months, every day i called twice for follow up. At morning they said they'll deliver by evening and in the evening they said they'll deliver by next morning. It's been 2 months and i still haven't received my sofa set. Worst service ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to warn all the people that please do not take any furniture from Ambika store because when I had taken furniture from them 1 year ago, that furniture got damaged first and when I called them, these people did not respond. And I was calling them again and again that my furniture got damaged. Do something for him. But even then, they do not do anything, their service is very bad. Their furniture is also very poor together, so please do not buy their furniture because the furniture is poor and low quality standard and neither they respond.
