★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swiss chocolate cake was not as expected....it was more of cream rather than actual chocolate cake....The flour from which the cake was made....did not taste good....it did not gel well with the chocolate....disappointed....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered cake through zomato the cake shop accepted d order but did not deliver d order poor zomato guy had to wait at d shop more than one hour when I called d cake shop they told me they will hand it over to zomato guy but even after 11/2 hr they did not hand it over to zomato guy very very unprofessional people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste was good but when it was delivered to me it was totally ruined. The birthday was totally ruined. They charged 1k for a cake and delivered a cake that was totally melted and was not at all looking like a cake. It was just cream and 1 layer or bread. Huge disappointment !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience...very irresponsible staff....I gave order for 1.5 kg customized birthday cake 4 days before the date....half payment also given in advance...but on the day of birthday they were suppose to deliver the cake at 3pm but there was no call and msg regarding delivery so I went to shop at 5pm .....shop was closed...so I called on the given number...after 30 minutes of time pass they are saying tht chef is not well .....so u have to arrange from somewhere else.......kindly don't trust on them...don't give any order as per my recent experience
