★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wery well constructed building complex. Has amenities like a adult and kids pool and a gym. Accessibility is a problem. People trying to get home from work may spend more than an hour every day just to get home from station.

1 BHK Phase. But from Sales Team Ms Priyanka doesn’t keep her commitment as business. When enquired about Rates, she told me that we will give you a flat in ... amount. At the time of token she were asking 8 lakhs more. Very pathetic experience. Finally purchased a flat in Marina Enclave. Very bad experience.

Visited 6 months ago and the price quoted was slightly higher than what was expected and we thought they would be reasonable and reconsider and at least meet and discuss however the builders sales staff probably thought we were not genuine buyers and the sales staff was pretty bad at the job. Even though I called back the sales team has a cold response. Ended up buying a 2BHK in the complex 1 km from this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a renter at this building for over six months the staff is very very unhelpful. Recently my flat had flooded due to some plumbing problem when I called the plumber he did half the work and disappeared for an hour and a half and while he had gone he had left both my bathrooms in a condition I could not use and not shut it down and my whole flat flooded. I had to call the admin office more then 10 times before someone came up to help and the property manager Sachin was extremely unhelpful it took more than 4 hours to resolve the issue the building manager or plumber did not even give an apology.
THIS IS ESPECIALLY BAD FOR WOMEN as when we asked the manager to fix it after taking more then 3-4 hours he kept saying the plumber is coming and when we said we need to use the bathroom he asked to go to staff toilet downstairs in the middle of covid instead of rushing things along to fix the problem.
Except this the building claims to be dog friendly but is not dog friendly I have been forced to walk my dog outside the building with more then 10 strays because I do not have a choice. so for any pet owners I do to recommend this building. I am moving out for this very reason as I have two small dogs and one is only 4 months old they expect me to walk her outside.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view and chic society. Multi culture society open minded people. No discrimination. Rainy season is to just sit and relax at home hill station is failed.... View from 18th floor seeing Arabian sea ?is so relaxing.
