★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual date of completion was 2018 DEC and its 2020. I do not think the project will get completed till 2023. They are charging heavy amount for flats and not completing the work on time.
2 more towers are under construction status. There are rumors in the market that they are stuck up with the funding. I pray for the investors who has already been stuck up in this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all sales representative of this project is very arrogant and rude.
It's true project have open space compare to other projects but premium they demanding is too high like Cuff Parade rate in Malad.
The most important thing is If you check the RERA site where they disclosed as 1 Bhk Project (may be for affordable housing incentives) and while selling they only allowed 1Bhk combined (Jodi) flat means 2Bhk. This kind of activities reflect credibility of the builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the customer service, project is good but flat size seems to be compact for me and ceiling height is less compared to other projects.
Recent fire in building was in news and this made me more afraid to buy a flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw the property recently & honestly they'll not be able to sell it if they continue to have such arrogant & unacceptable attitude. I don't really understand the logic of taking an appointment prior visiting the site when the fact is that they haven't even given the possession to anyone yet.
May be their project is good but I would really rate their sales approach very poor.
Also, the quote which was given to us for a 2BHK was way to high, somewhere near to 33k/sq ft.
I would suggest everyone not to waste your valuable time visiting this property.

When two entities come together to build a big project, bcoz of professional issues things get delayed and projects stuck in between and home buyers have to bear and suffer from all the problems by giving their hard earned money to the builders.
