★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding staff! They make you feel very warm and welcome. The food at the dinner buffet is very nice and full of flavor. A young gentleman TJ offerened to prepare me some very nice traditional dishes. It was a very thoughtful gesture as I’m not familiar with the Indian cuisine. Would definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always a great experience to stay at the Swissotel, Kolkata. The Star attraction behind choosing to stay at this hotel is the restaurant Cafe Swiss. What really touches us here is the service attitude of the staff including the kitchen staff. Nitish and Suzanne did great job in taking good care. Chef Ananda, Jr Sous Chef, goes an extra mile in meeting special and out of the way needs of the customers. He is one of best chefs here. He prepared special authentic Bengali recipes, not included in the buffet spread and the A La Carte menu, with our special requirements. Really appreciate their service attitude. Overall experience is excellent. We have been coming here every year since 2014 and always stay in this hotel while we are in Kolkata. Will continue to do so until we keep getting this level of service. Wishing all the best to Swissotel, Cafe Swiss & its staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lovedddd this hotel. It was attached to the mall, which was very convenient. The security is exceptional. They check the trunk/boot of every car as you exit and enter. They also have you go through a metal detector and scan your bags. Every staff member was superrrrrrrr nice! From concierge to room service. I just loved it so much. The room was also very clean and beds were comfy. I ordered room service for the remaining days I was there. The veggie burger is soooooooo good! Make sure to order room service! I will be staying here again if I am ever in Kolkata again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the infinity pool as well as their gym facility. The staff is what really made my experience a memorable one. I went for the lunch at the buffet and had the most wonderful waiter, Nitesh. Even though it was a buffet he brought many items to my table to try and explained each one and let me tell you the food was amazing! Full of flavor.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very much disappointed with this place. Went there to have a dinner with friends. All of us do not drink alcohol, so we ordered various foods (overpriced a lot but we went knowing the price, no complaints about that) but surprisingly to us, the behaviour of waiters were strange.. low attention to serving foods in this beautiful place were very much surprising to us. Not recommended if you are going enjoy food. Ambience is pretty nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location : This hotel is located just beside the City Center II mall. It's great to have such a nice place just beside your hotel, you can go out any time for a quick shopping or grab a bite.
Service : I have stayed more than once in this property and service is really good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt.
Food : Their breakfast spread is very good and food was really tasty. Room service is also prompt and organised.
Their infinity pool is the place where you can sit and relax in the evening with great view of Airport tarmac. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
