Decor: 4/5. This is a rating for 6 Ballygunge Place as The Wall was closed but its food was served here.
Ambiance: 2/5. Too noisy! Noise reduction /absorption actions must be immediately taken.
Menu: 4/5: adequate choices
Food quality: 1/5: Tom Yum Gai was just horrible (salty, oily, stale) & inedible! Noodles & Chicken were too oily, undercooked and salty. Fish was good.
Food quantity: 4/5: Adequate for two.
Prices: 4/5: Reasonable & fair.
Staff: 5/5: polite, professional and happy to serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated on the 1st floor of Ecosuite building near City Center Newtown, The Wall is luxurious in ambience. We reached on a Tuesday afternoon expecting their buffet but the buffets are closed till further notice. Also gone are the Dimsums, the Japanese Katsu items and surprisingly, even the Kungpao Chicken, a staple across Chinese restaurants was not available. However, out of the items that were available, we ordered
* Mixed Hakka Noodles
* That Pan Kai (Diced chicken in Chinese Barbecue sauce)
* Garlic Pepper Chicken
The Garlic Pepper Chicken, as the name suggests, is diced chicken with crushed Black Pepper, bell peppers and garlic and is mild and flavourful.
That Pan Kai was the unanimous favorite with its rendition of Chinese Barbeque sauce (We ordered another plate of this).
After the meal, we decided on some mocktails and ordered
* Orangeade (Orange squash, bits of orange and icecream)
* Chilli Pink Pepper (Strawberry with a hint of chilli and pepper)
Both mocktails were well made and a perfect closure to the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality was below average. Service quality was pathetic. Mr. Gomes(Flior manager I guess) behavior was an added topping to our experience. Has been going to "The wall" for quite some time. Never had such a pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance of "The Wall", was through '6 Ballygang Place". Ambiance is good. Missed a proper Chinese ambience. Food was good, but delivery little slow, compared to the crowd at that time.
