Rather making themselves a skilled worker, instead they try to hide their inefficiency someway or the other. I would suggest these pupils to hone up their skills to the mark to established themselves as a good employee for an organization. These types of comments only reflects one's cheap mentality rather making them a hero in the software world.

I started my career from this company and I don't want to change the company..there is no issue with this company..the working environment is too good to work..the management & HR are very much friendly. They are very much cooperative. Good qualities works are done here.This is just a family to me. If you are a experienced then you can update yourself with new technologies and the way the freshers are trained here after 2 or 3 months they can capable to handle a project without any cooperation.
