Salaries are dispensed on time, i. e. 1st of every month and incase 1st falls on any of the week days, salaries are dispensed the day before. I'm really happy t be a part of this great organization and hope to enhance my skills further.

The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions,There are lots of opportunities for growth,All Team members are very supportive and lastly and very important part Salary is credited on 1st of every month without any delay which is one of the most important positive thing about the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing about a company , can only be done if once or for a while you have been in a company . So it does implies on me as well. I have been working here as a Sr HR Executive since a month. I have got all my perks and benefits as the HR made me understood on my very first day.
Salary is credited here on 1st of every month without any fail. The happiness employees get here by getting paid on time is priceless.
The company is very particular about the disciplinary actions, everything is maintained here accordingly.
Generally in Kolkata International BPO does not maintain any sort of authenticity, but being a BPO it does has maintained quite a lot. For their agents( employee) they have tons of perks and benefits for them, an average experienced guy or girl here can easily grow as a employee with the company.
