It's kind of good for the people who are here for more than a year, but it can be good or very bad for the new joiners, depends on management. Moreover even if you are true to your work your job can go and if you are not true to your work your job can also go. In conclusion of this management doesn't value people who are worth to be valued.
However if you're jobless you can join.?

As per my experience Pressure is every where, but the team and the people you are working with makes things different and plays a Big Role.
I have worked in many organization but to be honest A Team (Training) Like this is very Rare!! Its fun to work with these people!!!

For experienced people - its not good, if you are expecting that you will get the hike or minimum hike of 30 to 50 % after completing the 1 year you won't get,
Minimum hike after 1 year - 1k
If you are already experienced and wish to join fusion bpo and expecting some hike....sorry for those it will not work, your reporting will consider as fresher. So your salary comes to downgrade instead of hike.
Behaviour depends upon your reporting, for me its good.
