★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse to worse management..... TL,HR and the management all are not at all transparent. They don't cordinate with each other, just call up the employee to the office and make them wait for hours and hours. Worse BPO to work with when you have such people as you leaders.

Worst management and the TL, HR are just horrible and rude. No proper coordination just treat the employees like slaves. Work Culture is so bad that it will make you feel too overburdened.

They took 3days to conduct a client round and after that they removed some members from group, asked them to wait and now they just don't receive our calls not even replying. Hell place

The manager and also some of the senior officials are very partial as they shower affection and special treatment towards any particular candidate (especially any girl) and ignoring the other candidates. Special access to emails and some more special facilities are given to that particular candidate. They don't treat everyone same here. The salary is always given less from the amount mentioned in the offer letter. There's no fixed shift timing here as they say 8 working hours and 1 hour break but they would ask you to work for full 9 hours only. They don't give any washroom break or lunch/dinner break also. They made us work hard but don't give the full salary. There's no escalation desk in case the customers want to talk to the supervisor and the trainers are very bad. They themselves don't have the proper knowledge of the process. Really had a very bad experience as I have worked in other companies like Amazon earlier but never had this kind of experience. Disgusting company to work with and so are the management and the HR.
