★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I just went for an interview today and in the entrance when i was asking for a pen for signature the security lady and the person said that go and buy a pen. I mean siriusly!! For a single signature they just did that with me. Shame on aegis Kolkata. Really disgusting ..Uncultured people, unprofessional manangement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst company, I've ever found. First they will selected the candidate n they after u clear all the rounds they reject the candidate without letting the person know. When you ask them the reason they are just not bothered to say. Very much politics goes on. They don't even bother to recieve the call..Just the waste of time to give an interveiw. They choose the people in respect to their outer ability.Not what the actual talent the person has. Don't deserve one star even. Pathetic culture,Horrible behaviour. I should recommend plzz do see the reveiws and then go for the interveiw.Plzz try for some other company except AEGIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever. Without any reason after clearing my certification also they keep telling me that my handover will be done. And now when the time of salary came they told me that i am refer back to hr and i won't be part of this process anymore. If it's in my hand i would have rated in minus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If they says 'You're selected for this job, we'll call you within few days for training/joining etc etc.." Don't trust them, they won't call you even after 1month..
This is what happened with me, when I revisited their office and asked them, they told me "there's no vacancy in this sector (I'm my case it was swiggy mail process)". I wasted my 1month in a hope that they'll call me.

When you will go for interview they will make you sit for the entire for no reason. 1st they will take a interview so called interview then make sit every candidate for the 2nd round which will never happen on time . No proper arrangements for candidates they make you sit at stairs also . They will just ruin your whole day.

work environment - too toxic, too much pressure and you can’t keep your mental health fine while working in this company…..
if you get a good TL then you can think of surviving otherwise you would leave within a month…. luckily my both TLs were fine but they are bound as well because they are also a part of the toxic management …..
i didn’t leave for the toxic atmosphere,
my reason for leaving was something personal due to family problem….
