★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iwas hired on 5th November 2021,They told me it's work from home not office,after selection they add me in a WhatsApp group Tatasky Mass process and they told me the process was on hold and I trusted the organizations so I waited till 1 month and today after 1 month they r saying work from home are not available work from office is open and when I protested the fraud HR Nazia told me in the group to call her and after calling she charged and insulted me over phone after that she removed me from the group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best BPO to work for in Kolkata. Its an MNC whose headquarter is in France. It is directly taken care from France. Work-life balance and great place to work. Most of the processes are runs in autopilot mode where each department works in autonomous mode.

It is the worst organisation I have ever seen, all the recruiters make fake promises
I don't know that who is going to see this review but I will definitely open the dark truth of "Teleperformance"
The recruiters doesn't know how to behave with the new comers. They treat the new comers as if we are there puppets. Hiring process is pathetic over there. They themselve are saying that we need candidates who are good in English and who has good fluency and command over english and they themselve don't know english properly.
Teleperformance is basically a huge buiseness organisation who misguide and mislead people through there fake promises. They will ask you to leave for very lame reasons and will say you that "it is not in our hand" Teleperformance is a black spot in Kolkata's private sector.
This organisation must be banned from BPO sector.
Most dramatic fact about this organisation is "you can be terminated for GRAMMER even after getting your salary account" and if I talk about the so called ?HR's?, there grammer skills and there communication skills is up above the sky?
Atlast the conclusion is
If you want to waste your valueable time and capital then you can go there for an interview.
