I have worked in Adeeba E-Services for 3 months and I'm frankly speaking, I enjoyed the work culture. Yes, I have read many such reviews about this company and Yes, they are somewhat true. Let me provide you with a crystal clear review about Adeeba E-Services. *****PROS***** 1. The best thing about this company which no-one bothered to present out to the public is FRIENDLINESS. I have worked in Pvt Ltd companies as well as MNCs; nowhere have I ever seen the Support Staff to actually justify their forte name. 2. Yes, salary is on time at 1st of every month or pre-dated on 30th/31st of the respective month if Bank Holiday on prescribed date. 3. I-N-C-E-N-T-I-V-E-S ₹8000 - ₹30000+ Incentives. Ever heard about it? No? Yes, it's possible here! Though, you have to be dedicated on what you do and how you do it. 4. Adherence and Basic Hygiene Very understanding and co-operative management when it comes to Attendance and Adherence as per Company Policy. I , myself , regret to say that I was not punctual and this company actually helped me become punctual! Yes, salary was deducted, it's very obvious, but at the same time Manager and Admin Staffs always gave a ear to my excuses and if genuine, they used to consider to not to proceed with deductions. 5. TECH KNOWLEDGE You will learn a lot, I mean a hell lot of technical skills and have complete assurance that you will be a Gadget Geek! 6. Not only technical skills, but you will be able to improve your speaking skills too, while working in this company. Your vocabulary will enhance, you will be able to learn new languages (Yes, you read it write!), your grammar will improve and moreover, there are 2 persons in the Quality Analysis, for whome I have huge respect, are linguistic specialist. QA will audit your support calls and will give you feedback as well as professional scripts on how you can improve your Customer Convincing Power. 7. BPO? Naaah... Max 10 support calls during normal shift Max 20 support calls during peak hours What more are you asking for? 8. OFFS AND LEAVES 4 WO in a month (rotational) 21 PL in a fiscal year. Birthday Leaves (double pay if attended) Sick Leaves applicable. Commute Disturbance leaves. ALWP (Approved Leaves Without Pay) Must work 4 days in a week to be eligible for WO. I see no cons in week offs and leaves. 9. The list can go on but I would like to start with some of the CONS of the company now. *****CONS***** 1. Like most of the reviews, Yes , Company Owner is a Muslim and does shout on the employees. But, tell me, name me 1 MNC of Kolkata where AH/OM never shouted on their employees. Seniors shout because they want us to do our best so that their Business would flourish. But darling, that's how the market works. Company hire you so that you will generate income for them and in return they pay you; Adeeba E-SERVICES just pays with freaking huge Incentives. 2. Work Culture is not that what you would expect from a corporate scenario. Little Professionalism, profinity is a regular practice on floor. Only thing which exists of an MNC culture is Politics. Though, I have seen some big MNCs following the same culture, so it's digestible. 3. Washroom is dirty. If the management of Adeeba is reading this, please make some amendments to the Washroom. 4. 1 WO is acceptable but 10hour shift is the biggest Con of Adeeba E Services. Though the work pressure is mediocre, but 10 hour shift that too a hard-core night shift will definitely take a toll on you if you don't schedule your personal life. It was one of my primary reasons of leaving the company as I was facing health issues not coping with the shift timings. 5. No pick-up /drop is available. You will get free company parking. 6. During breaks, employees are not supposed to use their mobile phones. I understand it's about security adherence, but management can implement new policies if they think about it. That's it! I have much to say about this company but word limit would exceed. In brief, Adeeba will provide you everything except 9 hour shift! ?? I loved working here! ??

They were scamming US people for a living. Now this call centre is closed by Cyber cell. Kolkata is well known for scam call centres. Beware, if any company recruits for US voice process in Kolkata do a background check before joining. Don't spoil your career. Watch Kitboga, scammer payback and chill !!!

I went to attend the interview at Adeeba eServices and I felt that working environment is very good there and staff working with full passionate. I had little interaction with the HR Subhra Mukherjee and one of their senior Digital Marketing guy and they were very professional at the same time very helpful too. Unfortunately, I had to skip the interview in the middle because while reaching their office, I got a call from one of the leading company to join their company. Thanks to Adeeba eServices for outstaying me :) I had no other option except to show that I don't know what you are looking for but later I realised I should not have done that so I am confessing it here publicly. For those who are are applying or about to apply in this job, you must go for it as this company will strengthen your resume even if you are fresher or experienced.

I join this organization in the year 2016 but after 7 months I leaved the organization,now after 2 years again I join Adeeba in the month of April 2018. Friends now you need to think if the company is not good then "why I was joined again" ? I am filling happy everyday to working with Adeeba. Salary on time, huge incentive - spot / Daily/ monthly incentive , paid leave , even you don't have to ask for salary increment, management understand your need and they always try to fulfill, lovely people, excellent work environment & "hurdles? - no- never". This is the best BPO i ever seen in my career. Friends there are some negative comments posted here from someone who never work with Adeeba. So, pleases ignore them. Friends come and join Adeeba. Believe me it's a best organization to built your career because here management always respect your talent & the colleagues are - o my god! You forget about your home when you work with them .

Hi there, I am posting this to make this clear that I had given my interview before more than twice. The first time when I went to give my interview, one of the guy he began to ask me questions about my previous companies, process, duration , salary and the reason for leaving. Then I was asked to wait outside for the second round with HR she asked me the same thing... Ok that's fine then the 3rd round was with someone who was sitting in a cabin. Same thing happened and finally I was asked to join in Tech support. Honestly speaking I was supposed to join for the post of web consultant. Then I finally realised this company do not hire people but waste their time. And I would like to join one more thing here is they keep calling you and try to convince you to appear for the interview but once you reach there you would realise their actual colour. They also bargain with your salary. First they would say they would give you hike based on your last drawn salary but the reality is something else. Honestly speaking they have no talent to identify the quality in a person. They stick to their bargaining policy. What I realised after giving my interview is they waste you time and not only that they change their behaviour. If you know believe me you can check the nagative reviews and you can give interview to check the reality.

The review posted earlier under my name is a fake review and has been posted using a fake account. I have worked with Adeeba and it has been a wonderful experience working here. The management cares and understands the employees and is always ready for any help needed. I would recommend people to work here as it is one of the best organisations in Kolkata. Salary on time, Good Management & friendly environment.

I am working for Convergys for 2years where as I have a salary of 27k in hand You are giving me 23k after so much of bargaining No pickup or drop 8pm to 6am login with 1 hour break which means 9 hours login with 1 hour break One rotational week off Incentive structure is awful Actually the fact is you cannot afford me.

Adeeba Services is very talented and experienced IT service company. They are a great company to work with, and have been very helpful to our customers. I look forward to working with them again on my next project. When I cam to India we all shared a beer and I saw the operation first hand. Anyone that has anything negative to say is being very unprofessional, which doesn't surprise me. There seem to be 2 kinds of people in India, those who work hard to get things done, and those that watch the work getting done. Cant wait to share my ideas with you on my new project! Stay Safe!
