β β β β β Maruti Nexa is known for good behavior and service but extremely disappointed with the sales person Anutan Chatterjee behavior. Extremely irresponsible, confirmed me a test drive on phone and WhatsApp but after reaching he said will offer test drive only if I book. How can I book without even checking the car? He wasted 4 hrs of my weekend time and 2 liter of petrol by lying. I am an existing Maruti customer. Moreover, for my old Maruti this dealer provide the lowest exchange rate of 2 lakhs where as another dealer has offered 2.45. Will definitely not recommend Jyote Motor to anyone.

β β β β β Purchased a S-Cross in December. People were very helpful. I would specially like to thank Mr. Amit Mandol, who was the sales representative for me. He kept me updated starting from the beginning on which models and colours are available quickly and other details. Buying was a seamless experience. A little bit of delay happened on the day of delivery because Maruti's Regional Manager decided to visit this showroom that day, and everybody including the showroom owner was busy impressing him!? However, overall experience was good. Will happily recommend anyone who are interested in checking out Maruti Nexa branded cars.

β β β β β Service from the Nexa sales executive Mr. Subhasis Das is commendable so far. Very helpful and has good knowledge abt the car that he is selling. Also willing to share his knowledge abt the new technology of Baleno whenever asked. Overall great assistance from him so far where I have just booked the Baleno. Hope to get the same level of service from him till the car is delivered.

β β β β β Went to Jyote Motors to take a delivery of car for my uncle. Usual Nexa interior, cubicles are there to sit and discuss, nice confortable place. They offered water, tea, coffee everytime we visited. Apart from the pleasentery, dealing felt quite straightforward, did not try to upsale unnecessarily. All questions answered. However felt their dealing with RTO is on slower side, but they updated on progress whenever enquired. Overall happy with their sales service.
