★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This showroom is just one example of very poor customer handling and sales services. The sales person acts one type before you buy. Once paid an amount they starts acting different. The sales head just don't listen to customers and only rants 'check with the sales person that handled your business'.. One of the worst showroom of Hyundai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of the staffs in this showroom is very good. I don't know much about 4 wheelers, so it's better not to compare Hyundai with other cars. But overall experience and location wise also it is very good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohan Motors opines that car purchase is a dream for its owners and they boast about ensuring customer delight at all times. My experience in regard to my first paid service for my i20 active was far far away from satisfaction, forget about customer delight. I could not visit with my car to oversee the servicing. When it was delivered today it was really not clean from outside. Appeared as if they have simply handwashed with water and shampoo. Small spots stains were remarkably visible. Forget about shining the car, it was not clean to start with. My previous experience of free services at Hyundai, Delhi were real delights as they as a standard practise clean the exterior with special jet cleans, rub off spots, stains and even minor scratches they remove and apply polish to shine the exterior. When asked about the quality of cleaning , their representative said ki "andar ka kaam sahi se hua hai, car drive karke dekhiyega, bahar to normal wash hua hai". BUT, they must remember for any owner of a car the exterior shine goes a long way in raising the customer satisfaction level, like Mohan Motor publishes in website to strive for CUSTOMER DELIGHT, but in practise they DON'T FOLLOW.

They should be spending a considerable time with the customer who is taking the deliverynd explain the new car in detail...Somehow in the hurry to complete the delivery in stipulated time of 40 min by Hyundai, they miss out on this part. The insurance guy had no idea what he is doing there.
