β β β β β Worst company I have ever seen.
There is one HR whose name is Arunima. I applied for the job and also gave her my friends number for hiring here and she had conversation with each of us we were around 15-20 people. I helped her with the candidates to hire and she did not hire me while i got selected in the client round even. Many of my friends also got selected in client round after selecting there they kept us on hold for too long we even gave resign in our previous job and now we are jobless and she just swiched off her phone and we got no response from her.
Very disappointed with this company
This is a fake company
She hired two of my friends despite of hiring me who gave her the candidates number even still she just played with us.
She will definitely get the incentives for those , she hired but what about us?
We are left with nothing. We begged her for the job she said us that we are selected our batch will get started they also made us joined on meet and then they kept us on hold not responding for our msgs calls and now she just left us hanging no where.

Company like this and HR like you gives false hopes and play with peoples emotions.

β β β β β Amazing place to work and also lot of activities are available for refresher but only a humble request just increase the availability of different food items and also the coffee β machine needs to be maintained apart from that everything is fine till date.......

β β β β β Here I really want to thank Shekhar sir(AM) souvik daa my TL and Biswajit daa and Sandeep daa(QA) for their constant support but this is the worst organization to work with ... I am having almost 3 yrs of exp but never seen such bad management . Specially Hr team and training team is rediculous. No proper training is given and fake commitments were made regarding salary . Very bad experience I am having.And one more thing the Hr Bcr of the organization don't know how to talk, impolite behaviour with their employees. Staffs behaviour were very rude . Not at all employee centric.

β β β β β Really good workplace. As of now this is tough to find a good workplace in that time but globiva's workplace is very cool. We can work in very peace mind with too many enjoyments. Senior managements are also very supportive. In one word it's fabulous.
