★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff. It's the major hub for DHL in Kolkata. My package was delivered 24 hours before scheduled time.
Only downside, ot is not easy to spot from moving vehicle unless you are looking in the right spot. If you are coming from Bidhannagar Railway station it's just after WEBEL and just beforeTCS Gitobitan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. People who work there were a bunch of hopeless guys. I have visited there to collect one of my shipment as they will deliver it on the 2nd half of the day. I came to their place at 9.45 am. After arriving, one guy attend me and listen to my query and told me to sit and wait. After waiting there for 10 minutes another guy came to me and told me that the shipment can't be hand over to me. He told me that, "I need to call on their halpline and ask for assistance and they will send me a document which I need to fill up before collecting the shipment". While talking with the customer support they want to talk to the man who told me to wait inside their office. When I look for him none of the men from the office helped me to find him as this was not their department. After wasting my 1 hour time, they told me that I need to give them filled up from in my company letterhead. When I get back there with my company letterhead filled up form they took another 25 min to hand me over my document. The documents was related to my visa application. While waiting on the second time I requested the man in wholesale area to do the procedure quickly as I need to visit Consul General of Japan's office within 12.30 pm which was 20 km away and took another 50 minutes to reach there and he doesn't listen to me. At that time he was chatting with someone in Facebook messenger as I heard chat sound, then he played some video I think on Facebook or WhatsApp. I told the guy on 1st time that find my shipment as I will got back to him ASAP but he doesn't do it. His name was BAPPADITYA. I don't know his surname though. Due to their negligence I missed my Visa Interview by 3 minutes as I reached there at 12:33 pm and the office was closed by then. These guys were shamefully careless about time as I repeatedly told them that I need to get there on time to do their formalities quickly but then he tries to convince me that after doing all the formalities it will take less than a minute to handover my shipment whereas he took 8 minutes. I will not recommend any one to use DHL further rather they can use FedEx which serves much better. Our shipment came from Japan. From Japan it took nearly 19 hour to reach New Delhi, but from New Delhi it took nearly 24 hour to reach Kolkata . Hilarious timing and shipment handling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended place. The staff was very well behaved and provided information about charges, delivery process, domestic vs international, etc. The courier process was smooth. Immediate SMS confirmation received. Domestic charges are a minimum INR 450. If international address having colleges or universities, then they provide 50% discount. You can also call them before reaching and i have seen that they are very responsive to calls. Even they had called me back to my number when they had missed my call.
Domestic remote area was covered in 4 days time as per my experience. They provide AWB number to track the consignment. Overall, the courier service is highly recommended if you are nearby to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good neat tidy place inside of one can enter negotiating the street dogs also good service but ill keep exteriors with street dogs at the entrance that will scare many customers away. Next time I will try to find some other outlet as the street dogs are a nuisance here. Getting bitten by a street dogs just got trying to post a letter is too high a price to pay.
