β β β β β Fedex did not deliver the item to my address, it was a international shipment and they asked me to pay the customs directly to bank account, there is also pay on delevery option also there buy fedex dido not deliver it to my address for a month then email me my parcel is suspended so I need to pick it up. .. Bad service by fedex not recommended .

β β β β β This is not a real FedEx service, it is Indian FedEx, the service is very poor, unprofessional, irresponsible, worse delivery system. My parcel has reach at location FedEx facility on 21/9/2020 and today is 26/9/2020. I will not choose FedEx in future and convey the same to others.

β β β β β Bad service, After the shipment reached from Mumbai to kolkata, the shipment was 13 days late to nearest place Burdwan.. While the distance between Burdwan and kolkata is hardly 3 to 4 hours ....but...they took 13 days....
I call their customers services numbers frequently....?why one customer should have to call you?? ..Team FedEx????
You must need to upgrade your customer service quality ?
Yes, I will not lie that,after calling, the shipment arrived to me after 1 day,..the behaviour of delivery uncle is good..
But..
It doesn't matter ?
You have to improve your customer service quality...@Team FedEx.

β β β β β They apparently do not accept shipments after 3 PM on Saturdays. But there is no information of the same anywhere. Despite their service staff telling one of my reps that they will be open till 8 PM, they refused to pick the shipment. They directed to their call center which was equally unhelpful

β β β β β Worst service. Its now 7th day in a row I am trying to get a clue where my parcel is. Their customer service is horrible. Every time i call customer care, it gets disconnected. When booking for parcel, they dont mention whether the delivery pincode is servicable or not. They just get your parcel from pickup and then get vanished. I booked medicine to ship from Ahmedabad to Kolkata. At the time of booking they said will be deliverd with in 5 days gaurenteed. But after 25 days, I am still seeking out where the parcel could be. Worst shipper ever.

People are not helping at all. Office people are acting in such way so that customer are giving fine as per Govt rule.
I belive that we should not use FedEx for foreign materials entering India.

β β β β β Let me give you a holistic details of my rating as 1 star on the International parcel delivery from Italy to Kolkata.
The parcel was booked as urgent and need to be delivered within a week. And it came on time to Kolkata office two days before the expected date of delivery. After two days when i see the details, it still not moved the facility so i rang international customer service and informed the issue and they mentioned it will get delivered which did not happen. Next day i tried to reach custo.er service and everytime the call was getting disconnected just after starting the calls. After 6 days I finally got a person and informed the situation. She mentioned someone from operations team will call and delivered on time. Another day passed I haven't received anything. The next day i travelled to the center 30KM away from my location. When I asked the reason, it was said it was not due for delivery. Later I got to know that I have to pay 1438 for customs which includes duty advancement fee of 500 (another terms bribe may be). My point is we could have made the same payment at the time of door step delivery? If they knew the pin code is under extended service area and they can't deliver then why they confirmed at the very begining that they will deliver. I was not even co.municated about the status and everytime I tried to get details it was such a pain to get. I am personally not happy with the way it handled. I would definitely think thrice before sending though them. 1 star is for keeping the office clean, sanitized and friendly reception staff at this GN 27 saltlake office.

β β β β β Accepting a package a day before Muharram and promising next day delivery in Bangalore knowing fully well that there will be a 36 hour restriction on vehicular movements to Kolkata airport is not a professional service in my books. Net result documents reached destination 4 days later!!! ?
