★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my life's worst decision was to purchase a product from Godrej Interio, Sector 5 showroom. I bought a three door wardrobe on 14th September and guess what, I finally received the complete package today, which is 9th November. The degree of harrasment that my family and I had to go through for these 2 months is unimaginable. They sent defective products twice and instead of complete replacement they did partial replacement which aggravated the issue. They should seriously improve their customer service. They should understand that if I am purchasing something today, I am expecting it to be delivered in a proper condition within a reasonable timeframe. Or else they should mention in their terms and conditions about the possible problems that their customers can go through if anything is purchased from their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to view your dream home furnitures. Best if you go for bed having iron frame support from inside or solid rubber, sesame wood furniture. Though the normal MDF or particle board bed or wardrobe without any special iron frame looks a bit high price. Overall, a definite place to visit as they have upgraded the furniture to new style n design. The store is located in a convinient location beside the Godrej Bhavan in Sector V. The bit of available parking space inside the boundary adds up to the convinience.
Godrej reliability, assurance and quality is what yo can expect from here. Mr Harendra Gupta is very helpful, informative and knows how to handle customers. We have so far enjoyed shopping at Godrej Interio, Sec V. Highly recommended.
