This organisation have no management but funniest part is the owner name start with S & ends with M(who is actually good for nothing) is quarrel by nature. Sharing lot's of laughs for him. ?????

Being a recent past QA of this company I strongly recommend not to join this company.
1. Management is awful and believes in hire and fire policy . They never cares about roles and responsibilities. For an example they forced us to take care of accounts, marketing though I am an QA.
2. Management never submit PF and ESI though they deduct same from salary every month. At the end , they do force employee to take employee contribution to accept in cash and to give up the employer contribution.
3. Management misbehaves even with female employees , uses parliamentary words calling odd times in night. This is completely violation of vishskha guidelines. Even I am the one of the sufferers.
4. Many ex female employees made this allegation against the Director of the company , that he used abusive/rotten word to them during their exit interview process over the phone during this pandemic time. Management never took any action even after I informed same for several times.
5. Irregularities in salary disbursement FNF,PF,ESI, Leave encasement...... and the Management thinks that their employee should act like dolls. The Management have no idea how to run a business.
6. Management brings allegation of inefficiency against employees and they fire the employee ,where they are incapable for running a company. Being in QA department they ever gave access od a paid recruitment portal, where they are targeting for a mass hiring. How come recruitment is possible without a recruitment portal....just from FB!!!!!??????? . Please don't waste your time here. The are are also experts in running people's careers by shifting them from different departments where they actually belongs from so.e other departments. This is just a place one should only waste their time and efforts and gain nothing.
7. They never clear full and final dues of employees after separation.
8. I am fighting to clear my own dues after I resigned.
In one line Don't join this company, if you don't to ruin your future......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined this company in the month of Feb 2018.It was a good company before Sep 2021 but after two directors left the organization on 23rd August 2021 company became worst from every prospect like working environment, work pressure, Management.
They didn't even clear my provident fund for 7 months. No proper Salary Structure.
Stop filling your own pockets with money. And focus to improve the management. Treat employee as human being.
Grow up! Stop kidding yourself that you can run a IT company - Hand over the baton to someone else while there's still time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a very good company with the previous Management Team. Once the core management left due to unprofessional behavior of one director currently managing thee company, the entire organization went down the drain. After my own resignation, they are not paying my PF back which was right fully deducted from my salary every month, it has been 90+ days. Never have I ever came across such a hypocrite director who, just for his own sadist behavior, can harass an employee to an extent where they are get no other option but to fight back dirty. Just because of that one Director the company, which was once like a family to me, is now my worst nightmare.
