The good parts are,
1. On time salary.
2. Yearly hikes,
3. Events to refresh employees
4. Always focused on growth, both individual and organizational
5. Freedom to work and learn new techs
6. Owners are always ready to offer help to employees.
7. Best Part: Great work - life balance
So far from me 5/5 as there is no other company in Kolkata which can offer what they are offering and we really need such company in Kolkata for ultimately our own growth.
