★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Cheater & Fraud Company. I booked a flat in 2016 with an advance Rs.165000/=.Due to monetary problem I applied for refund in Sep'2017. They gave two post dated cheque that were bounced in withdrawal time[Dec'2018].I am senior citizen,still now they are harassing me about my refund.Now facing unprofessional behaviour by their executive -Mr.Sandeep,Ms.Madhumita. Now no contact available because their mobile -switched off. All legal documents are in my hand .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big scam. Don't fall in their trap. Booked a flat in 2015 still did not deliver. Already lodge a complain against them in consumer court. Please it's my request don't waste your money. Those who had given five star and good review kindly check how many review they had posted in google. Their own staffs are giving 5 star rating. Those who are suffering please file a joint petition against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have already lodged a complaint to HIRA and looking for a legal action as they have failed to deliver the flat after 42 months and remained silent after receiving refund notice. Stringent legal/police action is the only option left with us. Please refrain from getting misinformed by some comments apparently made by the insiders. I request all legal Authorities to take action against such developers. We did not make mistake by investing money with them but it is their moral duty to refund the money with applicable interest if the project is not delivered on time.

My relatives are their customer for many years but, not received any property or refund money. ALL POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE GIVEN BY THEIR OWN PEOPLE TO CHEAT MORE PEOPLE. I SUGGEST YOU TO VISIT NABANNA CM OFFICE AND LODGE A MASS COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM OR SEND COMPLAIN VIA SPEED POST TO DIRECT CM OFFICE. AND FILE MASS PETITION IN HIGH COURT WITH REFERENCE TO ALL CONSUMER FORUM CASES, WBHIRA CASES & ORDERS, FIR COPIES ATTACHED TOGETHER.

I am your customer for 1.5 Bungalow since 2016 from Hatisala plot shifted to Royal enclave..I have sending so many mail for the update on project but did not get a single reply ...Forcefully in this covid situation i came to kolkata and visited the site ,good to see work in process , but again its slow and Bungalow work need to picked up ....Bungalow work progress is very very slow slow .....an this is big concern why its taking so long to just build a 2 storey ..I believe for Bungalow you can get quick pay and it will help you all as a builder to complete the project soon.
Suggestion for Dharitri:
Need to improve on your customer relation team, once sale is done there is no feed back and update from your end ...Big project are sold basically with Word of mouth.....U can hire 1000 sales agent to sell but unless proper feedback customer dont get they will not buy......
Request to please take care of your existing customer ,with word of mouth only u will get plenty of sales.....
Basic mantra..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all.. I had also booked 2015 in baruipur, after 1 year they changed to icon, after 2 years they changed to royal enclave.. I had already paid them 3.5 lakhs.. Now they r not responding in any number.. I m so much frustrated pls suggest me what I will do.. They are cheater..
