★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay Away from this scammer Cogito Software Solutions Limited, they fired me after one day of joining. If you join this company, it will be your worst decision and nightmare in your life also. They are gambling with you and your family.
There HR Pealy Dey informs me yesterday at 9 PM at night that your performance and feedback are very bad that's why we are not able to continue with you.
Simply things they have organized a bad trap where they are offering a good amount of salary but after joining, they will fire you. They are playing with the new joiner at the starting point they show you a big dream after that they will show you their original bad face.
As a new employee, they are not providing me a proper Knowledge transfer about their running project also their project manager is very worst, he has not guided me to the project flow and the client's requirements.
I clearly mention to them my skills during the interview as well as when they first called me for the interview and also on my first day at the office. Also, I mention this I want to join your company because I want to increase my knowledge in my fields. If you give me this opportunity so I will increase my knowledge.
They thought you are working in this field so you will do everything whatever they transfer to you without giving you a proper knowledge transfer.
Right now, I lost my previous company job, So My condition is very bad, and facing a huge financial loss as a family person.
Stay away from this scammer.
Their interview procedure is very worst they will not do the interview in a proper way and they don't know how to conduct a proper technical interview for a candidate. If a candidate doesn't have the skills so, why do you give them an offer letter and play with their life and family?
