★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Center of Excellence of Techno India Group. Well decorated building. Properly maintained. It has various seminar rooms and also administrative office. On various matters various seminars, tech talk etc are held here for various techno group of colleges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's also known as Centre of Excellence of Techno India Group. The infrastructure is great. Well decorated building & hygiene is well maintained. Mainly seminars & workshops of various Techno India group colleges are held here. The MBA department of Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology is to be shifted here shortly. The connectivity is pretty good as RS software bus stop is very near to it.
