β β β β β Hotel is good , rooms are spacious and in good condition. They also have rooms with bathtubs ? . The management staff is friendly , service is good.
They also have a mini fridge in rooms ?.
The only problem I faced was that my room's AC was not working properly, so they had me shifted to another room whose AC was working fine at first but by early morning I was covered in sweat.
So make sure you check if the AC is working fine or not.?

β β β β β Humming noise of AC is coming inside the room all the time which will irritating & creates headache. Most of the items from the menu is not available. Swimming pool is not working. Lift in the lift doesn't work. No AC works in the lobby/ corridor of the floor. Just the reception is maintained nothing else of the Hotel is maintained. Staffs & all try to make you fool. Rooms AC also don't cool properly.
Due to lack of AC cooling you will feel exhausted.
Humming noises of AC will irritate you.
Very poor service.
Lack of lighting in the room you need to open the curtains for proper light.

β β β β β We were on our first trip to Kolkata and opted this hotel after reading decent reviews on trip advisor, though I was a bit sceptical until I checked in.
We reached hotel at 2 pm and requested 2 rooms at the same floor (we had booked executive rooms). However, 2 executive rooms on the same floor weren't available. It was our genuine need as we had our mother with us who has difficulty in walking.
Considering our genuine constraints, Ms. Jagrati at reception upgraded one of our room to Premium one to allocate rooms on same floor. She is such a generous professional with fantastic customer focus. Senses is lucky to have her.
Hotel is located at the prominent location of Sector V (Salt Lake) and easy to locate (OLA/Uber stops at door step). Rooms are one of the best we've stayed and unlimited complementry water bottles everyday. Staff is humble and willing to address needs. Housekeeping is quick. There is enough security and we didn't notice any element to worry about.
It would always be my first choice for future visits. Thank You Jagriti.

β β β β β Humming sound of AC outer unit is very prompt in almost all the rooms which will create severe headache. Cooling is not proper.
Other aspect rooms are good.
Lobby AC also not works.
Swimming pool also in not working. Fan in lift also doesn't work. Overall all experience is very pathetic. Won't recommend the place as they are charging for the premium but these guys are not able to deliver like the small budget hotel & the staffs will try their best to full you

β β β β β it's not of 4-star category! room and bathroom is not clean up to the mark! the alarm system is just a showpiece, doesn't work. TV is good and working condition. They don't have a drier inside although it's in the amenities list. AC is good.Wi-Fi is good.Nice and quiet surroundings.Courteous staff at the reception.

β β β β β I have booked this hotel last week and stayed at Room No 511. I would like to give 3 star rating because of 2 reasons.
Firstly, the humming sound from the AC unit inside the Bathroom. I would say this is a technical fault during the design of the AC unit. Second is the Cooling issues. The circulation of AC is very bad and you will be not able to sleep properly.
Good things i can say is room is maintained neat and clean. Staff behavior responses is good . Although food has limited items, you will enjoy the taste and can have all the items.
