β β β β β Been to SRL salt lake for yearly medical checkup. The phlebotomist was so unhygienicβ, his nails filled with dirt and black.
The entire atmosphere was so unhygienic entire family fell sick. Both the kids got fever.

β β β β β Very unsatisfactory. I done my double markar test bt the report is not trust worthy. First of all they gave me wrong report.. when I told them then they recognized that.. very casual approach..the reception are very busy about their gossiping... They told that 56 double markar blood r collected in the date 4.6.19 bt may be there was some problem and only 55 reports are ready and maybe 1 report is copy past... How ridiculous. ItsI very important test.. how they treat like that.. don't go there..

β β β β β Very unprofessional behavior. *Saiful Alam*, he was the blood collector from their side. He confirmed us he would deliver the report hand to hand within time. We also paid for the test. But in the evening, he refused to deliver and whatsapp us and told us to print the report. And also asked extra charges to get delivery.
Very unprofessional.

β β β β β Worst clinic ever I had been to for my annual health check-up. Staffs are not working, irresponsible and doesn't even know anything what is going around. Very bad experience. There's no system of doctor checkup even after you get your reports. Would suggest everyone to think twice and read this review again before making an appointment with them. Thank you.

β β β β β The blood collector Biswajit has no experience of taking blood .He tried taking, but unable to take blood .he then injected the needle in other hand,then also failed.. lastly he was saying sorry sir, lagta hai mujhse galti hogya ..what if something goes wrong..SRL lab pls be mindful of ur staff..
Very BAD SRL pathology...
