★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the nursing staff, doctor and dietician team is very caring, I am supremely disappointed with the administration and the insurance people.
We had a mediclaim and requested for a cashless process, got the approval from our insurance provider clearing stating that the 'all types of expenses would be covered and we are not liable to pay one single penny'. Still the hospital administration was hell bent on a proportion of payment in cash. That was still fine.
This followed by not stating any clear break up the charges, providing us with materials and charging them which was not used at all during the whole stay in the hospital. When we tried to return unused, fully packed materials and medicines back ( which we didn't really go and buy, they themselves put it), they refused to take it back saying once billed it can't be taken back.
More than anything, it's disappointing to see such wastage of resources , I didn't even request for a money back but for it to be used since we wouldn't. There were a few staff who agreed and suggested to bring this to the notice of leadership. Hopefully, this may reach them in someway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hospital. Had a wonderful experience all along the 6 days my sister was in this hospital. Nursing staff, house keeping, security and administrative personnel, all were very polite, helpful and courtsious. Nursing staff are well trained and experienced.
Special mention is required for Dr Santosh Kumar, Orthopedic surgeon and his team. Their professionalism and expertise are exceptional. Hats off to them and pray to almighty for their overall well-being. Hope the team under the command and guidance of Dr Santosh Kumar will keep on this tradition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My overall experience at parkview super speciality hospital was excellent. All the medical and administrative staffs were very cooperative and very helpful. The overall ambience of the hospital was very neat and clean and hygienic. The housekeeping services are up to the mark. Moreover the entire administration functions in a systematic and organized way and the quality and taste of food offered are up to the mark. I'm highly satisfied with the treatment offered here and would like to recommend the same to my friends and relatives as well- Tanisha Das.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. Haven't thought of this much. My wife was admitted for delivery of our baby in Park View hospital and at the end of 3 days we are going back home with a big smile ???
The entire hospital is like family. Every one is so friendly that we didn't have to ask anything for any reason. They delivered beforehand. We wish the Park View hospital team all the best and carry on such hospitality for coming years.

All the sisters are very kind polite towards the patient and the patient parties too. Each and every staff of the hospital are superb. They are always there for the patients. 24*7 they are ready to serve. And the food ,the taste is very good everything is about the choice of the patients.. whatever the patients wants to eat they are ready to make them happy with the food.

Two members of our family got operated here and both times the entire process was handled very smoothly and professionally. Doctor was highly experienced, guided us with proper details and attention. Post op the nurses were kind and food was well taken care of. Management was eager to help, to provide best possible experience for the patients and their families.
