★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the management, and the services. Firstly, they hire the candidates in contractual basis, and give us huge work pressure. Then we, the employees work so hard for a small amount of salary. Then, neither they appreciate the work nor they provide the rightful or entitled amount fir which we work so hard. I personally, being admitted in hospital has worked without any leaves in a month, and it was told to me that I will be getting some incentives, but now they are saying that I am not eligible. Then why, they are telling the employees, and giving wrong expectation and information. Now I think I have taken good decision for resigning the company. All the employees are working in a huge helplessness, with a very small amount of salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no Medical Facilities here, they dont take care of their employee and make them work even if they are sick. My colleague got unconscious during taking calls and they didn't took proper medical steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first company and I worked for 2.5 year. The company's policies are good, salary credited on time. Colleagues were supportive and some managers as well.
When comes to promotion , most of the time it's already been pre-selected by the management.It's doesn't matter whether the person do have the process knowledge or not. That's the negative part.
Overall the company is great.
