★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Family moved to Mumbai almost 2 years ago. We have 2 sons: a high schooler and a middle schooler. They were born and grew up in Manhattan (went to an International preschool and a private all boys school), moved to Paris for 3 years (to an international IB school) and then to Hong Kong (also to an International IB school) for one year. My older son expressed, within the first 2 weeks of school, that ASB was the best school he had attended so far. It is by far the most technologically advanced school environment. The student body and teacher population is as diverse and international as my children are familiar and comfortable with. The school has the resources to offer opportunities to the kids that most schools don't. They offer intersessions (camps) during all the breaks. They have a good music & theatre program. ASB takes the kids on many trips (local and further afield) in India, so they get to experience the country with their peers, doing social work and adventure trips. My boys have also enjoyed being on the International travel teams for Theatre, Music & Math. They both feel that it is an environment that encourages creativity and open mindedness. I like that the school is always assessing and evaluating itself and its practices, It is never static.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but positive experiences at the American School of Bombay. The ASB provides many activities during and after school not only for the students but also for their parents. While the school takes a good care of the children, it also takes care of the parents and understands that the parents also need a support system. The ASB offers a helpful network and support system for the parents to make their lives easier in Mumbai. Thanks to the American School, our transition to our life in Mumbai has been smooth. Our children are very happy at the American School and I owe it to the great teachers and the team of staff and the fellow students. I find it such a blessing as a parent to see them enjoy their school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to India back in July-11 and we admitted both our kids to a very well known school in Mumbai however after a very bad experience we then decided to swap them to ASB and it's now our second year, with the professional and great support we had and keep getting I can only say that because of ASB we're still enjoying our assignment in India and we have no issues extending our stay.
Friendly and very professional staff, we feel like a family and they will never save any effort helping you in any school or non school related issues.
Thanks to ASB for making our stay in India enjoyable :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best schools in Mumbai ... I guess they provide very good standard of education but the fee is too high. It is affordable for the rich only. It's specially for the kids of those who work in multinational companies and are transferred to different countries for their work. Most of the students in here are foreigners.

The transition to India was much smoother than expected, thanks to ASB. We have been very happy with everything that ASB offers, be it academic, extra curricular or social. The staff and teachers are all supportive and excel in their fields. The school environment is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic school overall. Excels at every aspect of a child's education, from early years to 12th grade. The education is extraordinary, holistic and worth the expense. All teachers are superbly qualified and the student-teacher ratio is uniquely low. Caters to all kinds of students, including a large international population. The security and facilities are indisputably brilliant, easily the best in Mumbai. Student's can participate in a huge range of extracurricular activities, including interschool sports, robotics, arts and social responsibility. The head of school is a remarkable man. Students are the foundation of the school and have important leadership roles that allow their voices to be heard. Could not rate ASB any higher - the school genuinely wants the best for every student and has an incredibly high parent satisfaction rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The middle school science faculty at ASB have taken an active role in differentiating for passionate, gifted, talented and high-achieving students in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics). They have spent the past three years developing the ASB STEM Club as an extracurricular activity.
The club is open to any student interested in pursuing deep, rigorous STEM related research projects, with a particular focus on horticultural science.
In 2016 they began prototyping a student driven, project-based STEM inquiry club. In 2017 they entered 3 student teams into the NESA (Near East and South Asia) International STEM competition, taking 1st 3rd and 9th place amongst over 100 teams of talented science and technology students.
Projects have included solar powered water purification systems for clean water access in impoverished local communities, automated Arduino controlled irrigation systems to reduce water wastage in drought affected regions, and evolving salt tolerance into bacterial decomposers for soil rehabilitation.
