★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered Zoc when searching for a nearby training institute on Google. The enrollment and payment process was simple with razorpay, requiring only one click.
Regarding the two-day training sessions, Mr. Sandip Pednekar is a very experienced mentor and his teaching style was straightforward and to the point, allowing me to easily grasp the core topics.
I gave the exam three days after finishing training. His teaching methods helped me in scoring 37/40 on the ITIL V4 exam.
Mr. Jayant Mohite, who was always available to address my doubts about the course before enrolling and until I received my results and certificate.
