★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service ever seen for American Tourister. Warranty Claims are really unexpected. They take the bags under warranty & takes lots of time to claim it & give appropriate answers too. I really don't know how this Branded company Back end do for 10-15 days after defect issue reported. Still i have nt recd any answer for my claim. 1/2star.
