★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering heavy rush on sundays, had planned to visit on weekday. But d staff presence was very less and those present dint't even bother to entertain the customers. Had very bad experince shopping. Wud recommend others to avoind goin on weekdays..
Seems Shoppers stop dont care for der customers.
Pathetic service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited shoppers stop from KPM. Was looking for jeans. We wanted a plain jeans (without any design on it) so finding that from all the piles was not easy. Staff was very helpful with that. I have their membership card but most of the times I have seen that it's not really useful ?there are no exceptional discounts. Also if you buy something in an offer those points will not get added ? Also the tag placed inside the jeans we were buying was for another one so at the billing counter it showed as 2800 instead of 2000 ? I said wait for it I need to check it again as the staff had said it was 2000. The staff person came to the counter immediately with the correct tag of other jeans from same section. But if I would have not checked this and just paid the billing person might have charged me 800 more I guess.
