Amethhyyst Sobo Way Inc is a must try place.This place has got a party vibe and i must recommend you to give a try for sure.
This place is mainly known for italian food and they have large variety in their menu.
Bar bites-
I tried out peri peri potatoes . it was cripsy potato wedges with melted cheese. hihgly recommended if you are wiling to try some thing chatpata and spicy.
2)Vegetable quesadilla (Give a try )This was filled with spicy vegetable and salsa.The crunchof roti and combination of vegetable make it unique.
Mains-
I tried out spaghetti pasta with creamy alfredo sauce. It came in well adequate and it more than enough for 3 people.
Not doubt the taste was superb and this pasta consist of mushroom in it.
Mocktails - Highly recommended-
Frappe smoothie- it a vanilla frappe powder peanut butter milk and fresh cream.
lychee berry - combination of lychee juice and cranberry juice
Dessert -
Hazelnut praline - This is a pastry and must try one. It have great flavour in it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent visit at this newly opened outlet in Sobo has blown my mind. This pure vegetarian outlet has great options and is absolutely delicious. The ambience here is so beautiful, that I am in love with this place.
Our Bartender Vaibhav curated amazing drinks for us and was absolutely amazing.
Akshay & Rahul hosted us throughout and were super attentive. Chef Praveen, his food was absolutely delicious and he was super attentive in the kitchen also with the food which was leaving the kitchen.

• Mozzarella Sticks:- Absolutely delicious mozzarella stick, coated with bread crumbs and chilli flakes this one was absolutely delicious.
• Curry Flavored Cottage Cheese:- This one was delicious, soft juicy paneer curry flavored, topped with nuts and served with peso.
• Tuttu Fungi Pizza:- Delicious pizza with 3 different types of mushroom absolutely cheesy and my favourite thin crust.
• Semolina Gnocchi:- An italian food, with small patty size Semolina Gnocchi served with veggies on the side.
• Hazelnut Praline:- Dessert at its best, hazelnut pastry absolutely amazing and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited Amethhyyst Sobo and had a great experience here. The ambience vibes to party or celebrate any occasion of yours. It is just so beautiful. The service was quick and the staffs were polite to us. There's a live screening and live music in background and people I found there were young. I ordered two drinks which are Pink Panther and Chicha Morada. Both looked so cute. I loved the taste of Pink Panther. For starters, I ordered Mexican Tacos and Mozzarella Sticks. Tacos looked mouthwatering and it tasted the same. Mozzarella Sticks tasted very delicious. For Main Course, I ordered Four Cheese Pizza and Spaghetti Aglio Olio Peperoncin. Pizza was thin crusted and tastes delicious. Aglio Olio, I tried it for the first time and it didn't disappointed me. It was beautifully presented and tasted perfect.
I would highly recommend you to visit this place for some delicious meal and happy vibes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amethhyyst is one of the popular and well-known Lounge /Clubs located in Andheri. Finally, Amethhyyst had arrived at Breach Candy to open its doors for all those Party freak people and Incorrigible Foodies.
The Ambience is really Attractive with Dim light Bulbs which was attractive and Eye-catching. The Huge bar counter and Cozy as well as Comfortable Seating Arrangements which is very pleasant and Lavish.
As it was a weekend we rushed to the Amethhyyst Sobo Way Inc to make our weekend much more Better and Happening.
So at the Earliest moment, we begin with some of their Signature Cocktail as well as some Lipsmacking Appetizers.
1:- Sinful Pop: A Perfect Blend of White Rum with other spirits infused with each other n popped up with smoke on it. which was delightful to drink.
2:- Pink Panther:- A sweet and Refreshing flavour Mocktails which was really classy and Refreshing one.
3- Primavera Pizza:- A Thin crust based pizza with a numerous toppings of Grilled Zucchini, Roasted peppers , Brocolli along with some Black Olives & Cherry Tomatoes.
It was Delightful to have it Along with These Refreshing Cocktails.
4- Fondu Baked Potato:- 2 Big size Potatoes with a Good amount of stuffing of Parmesan Fondu, which was Beautifully presented with a Pesto cream on it.
It was just a Basic one, Chef needs to work on this.
5- Curry Flavoured Stuffed Cottage Cheese:- A Panner stuffed with some Dry Fruits which was really Good and Tempting, loved the flavour of it. ?
And we ended up on a Sweet Note of Dessert such as Motichur Parfait:-It was a Perfect end with a sweet Tooth Flavour of Multilayer with a base of Bread , then whipped cream and then Motichur. It was an Elegant to have it.
Overall it was a Great Experience. A perfect place for Good Vibes,Music and Food.

Ametthyyst, based in Breach Candy, is quite hip if you ask and almost every night is a crazy party night here, especially during the weekends.
But during the day, it's a quanky all day resto bar with great food and some really theatrical drinks!
What we had:

BBQ Pizza
Paneer Steak
In Drinks we had:
Sinful Pop
Deep Amethhyyst
Warrior
For desserts we had:
Hazelnut Praline, although we now feel we should've had the Motichoor Parfait too. Guess will go back for that!

Above mentioned dishes were very tasty and amazing.Presentation was done very properly.Specially Sinfull Pop(Cocktail)was very well presented with a smoke bubble on the top.
Curry flavoured stuff co was very amazing and tasty.Specially the Fondu baked potato was presented well and was yummy.
Talking about ambience,it was too cozy and amazing.Seatings are very comfortable.Live DJ nights and alots of fun.
Prices are aslo resonable.Service was amazing.Staff is very polite and helpfull.
My overall experince was the best with AMETHHYYST SOBO WAY INC.
One of the best restaurant with perfect ambience,service and etc...

It's a vegetarian place best for parties and night life.
We were here yesterday for a friends birthday party.
Loved the vibe over here.
We tried many dishes and they were just amazing

Loved each and every dish. It was all perfect.
Each and every dish was unique in it's way. Motichur parfait was something amazing.
Overall the service, food and ambience every thing was amazing.

Great place!!
After so many months of lockdown we want to go to a good place to have delicious food and satisfy the cravings I had in lockdown.
This is a great place to satisfying food cravings ?
We tried Their cocktails & mocktails, both were made with perfection.
This place has a variety of food (before going chk out the menu)
We had tutti funghi pizza. It was loaded with cheese sauce and some veggies and mushrooms and was served with a sauce. The quality was perfect and totally loved it
Then we tried their cottage cheese topped with curry base & touched with roasted dry fruits Taste wise it was great that everything was cooked well and the paneer was super soft and tasty.
Then we had roti and amritsar kofta sabji again totally loved it the quantity was good for 4 people
We had cheese fondue again very tasty super cheesy ofcourse ? and also was served with garlic bread. But you don't get veggies n all with it
Ended the lunch with tasty hazelnut fudge pastry 5/5
