I called them yesterday to ask for a babysitter they instantly said yes we hav n will provide..wen I called today the man raja munshi was so reluctant to answer calls n he didn't even have the audacity to inform us if he count provide a baby sitter. I continously called n msgd him bt no response.. I wonder how this company got good reviews in the first place..watching those reviews I tried contacting them.. bt a complete irresponsible agency..
Plz be aware before choosing this irresponsible agency.. I was fooled by the good reviews .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend from Uttarakhand recommended me to contact Mr R. Munshi who can understand my basic criteria to provide me a maid cum assistant.
Thanks to them for providing the lady as per my requirement, though initially I was feeling a lil prob with her Hindi tongue but now she's better.

The manager confirmed that the baby sitter would come today at 8am sharp! We waited till 9am, no one turned up, then I called the manager - he picked up after few rings, told me that the helper will not come today. Now we are in a soup as there will not be any baby sitter, and our plans for the day are down the drain!
I highly recommend not to take their services at least in Kolkata!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Munshi pretended to be helpful. But didn't even provide any service. He just repeatedly said he will send me a maid but in reality he just didn't want to do it. Just wasted my time and energy.
Don't bother with this agency. They will just give false promises. Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. I was in urgent need of baby sitter for which I contacted them 2 days before. They said that they will be confirming the details of the maid by next day but no one reached out to me. When I called the concerned person he said that he will confirm by evening as he had some personal problem. I kept on waiting until 10 pm but didn't get any calls or details regarding any maid and they didn't even care to inform me anything. Then next day again I had to contact another Aya Centre.
So my say is that when you guys have some problem atleast communicate that you couldn't arrange so that the other person don't have to face any hurdles. I won't be recommending this centre in future if anyone is in urgent need of any service.
