★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic stay away from the hustle and bustle of the pune city. Ther service was top notch, especially the meals served. The manager, was very caring and pro active.

Outside food is not allowed which is not mentioned while booking.
overall value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is a very big disadvantage. Its in Pune outskirts. Very difficult to locate. Even Cab drivers could not find the area. Its in a very poor location. No ATMs no Shops nearby. Also please note that they do not do the payment for food through card. Hotel booking can be done with card but you cant pay for food you eat there through credit/debit card. Make sure to take enough cash with you because even the ATMs are too far there.
PS :- They do not allow unmarried couples. :) I stayed alone :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food at a cheap price. Went with family for dinner and had unlimited dinner for Rs. 250. Keep in mind that this is not a restaurant but a Homestay and so the ambience is muted. Service is great and staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all the location of apartment is wrong*. we faced a lot of trouble in reaching the apartment and we got late. we reached there by 10 pm and caretaker told us he cant give us food because everyone has eaten. Attitude of caretaker was so bad we once thought to leave the hotel book some other.. but it was late night so we stayed.
Even to iron the cloth we had to go from 3rd floor to groud floor.. which is basically parking. why cant they afford press at all the floors. then they gave me a feedback form. where i filled the bad rating, so he just threw that in dustbin.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PROPERTY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and courteous staff. They will cook food as per your liking Rooms are good and well maintained. Executives of many companies stay here on a regular basis. Location is slightly off the main area..local travel is not easy.you will have to use ola or uber.

Clean, homely food. Great staff. My second time there. And Will definitely return the next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience here! They have no concern at all for those who stay longer here. There is a common house in this service apartment where they keep basic amenities like water,fridge and washing machine.so people who do long stay here will have to use that common house even for water and fridge. Now They made covid patients to be quarantined in that common house which makes it very difficult for those who stay longer (rental payers).
