★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical builder company. Huge delays in their projects and very bad customer service. Use caution in dealing with them and try get whatever they say in writing.. Approach road not constructed yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a disgusting project with very less OPEN SPACE .... OPEN SPACE means a lot .... The project was shown to have more carpet area than the others but they really cheated us... The project had very little little rooms... It was only named as 3 BHK but it had really small rooms... Really disgusted me... No service at alll... Very bad location as well... Really embarrassed with this project... Very bad project...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seen the layouts. The room sizes are very less. Hardly any storage space in rooms. One wall of every room should be with ward robe as per present life style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in Imperia Esfera for 3 years now. Construction Quality is so poor. There is always a seepage in basement. Wall plasters have come off. Imperia Management is so rude and do not listen to their customers once the flat is sold.
Society lacks in basic amenities- Frequent electricity cut, Very High Maintenance charges.
