I also opted for internal transfer which was arranged within a day . Thanks to Shahid Iqbal. Highly recommended place to stay especially for ladies!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services l am experiencing today from nestaway. Your policys are good. But when it comes on the services its worst. i dont know wheather your employes are working or you are paying for enjoying their life. its been more than 3 weeks i have raised tickets for washing machine repair but nothing happen till date. I also had some new experience , you have started closing tickets without resolving issue. ref ticket : SC_01526264. Please answer, why should i pay for assure????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ once you start living their, no agent will come to resolve your query, if you move out they will put all the invalid charges on their own, my move out was 4 days back, agent didn't came and from last 4 days they kept on saying inspection done and i cant see that on my dashboard, now i have been contacting them on every possible way and they are not responding.
Its better to live in 1BHK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been facing ongoing water issues for the past month but eventually, Nestaway customer care team sent Devender Singh, who was well prepared to get to the root of the looming problem and helped us in providing permanent resolution. I appreciate his professional behaviour along with the sound technical knowledge. Would recommend Nestaway to all my colleagues for their prompt resolution and excellent customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of move-in inspection they will check nothing & provide you their check list just for formality & at the time of move-out they will check every stuff & force you to pay for damages, which were already damaged even before your move-in. Area manager will stop you to the raise service request. At time of my move-in door glass & cabinet was broken, even house owner knows about the door glass. i had also messages chat with area manager regarding these things. but Nestaway is saying the one thing only. In check-in list, damages were not mentioned & In check-out list damages are mention so you have to pay us doesn't matter it was already broken. Bad experience with Nestaway----->

Editing the review after Nestaway response - even after the response on google review neither they will try to solve your problem, nor they will response you. i wish i could give Nestaway zero star.

He is a single point of contact for all concerned queries.
Managed the support and resolved every issue in a supportive manner.
Overall a good experience with Nestaway recommended.

The Delhi team has been professional and courteous. To mention, Mr.Ankit Vats from the billing department has been really helpful. The service requests are managed quite efficiently and on time. I recommend Nestaway !!
