Park for kids and parking, guard etc facilities were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Society has been occupied since last few years however their Sever lines have been laid just a month back Oct'21. Wonder if they have even been connected to the mains. There is a large cesspool by its side which never dries up even in peak of summer. Just wondering about its source.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited here for apartments but feel bad to see lots moist in building feel maintaince and cleaning is not done as good as it can be.
Else like children play area, skating ring, cricket area for kids. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in this society for last 5 years and must admit it’s one of the cheapest you get in entire Gurgaon . Build quality and RWA are the two most dreadful items here . It has ample space though for walking , cycling and kids play . If you are looking for budget house then can buy . Never seen such a pathetic RWA ever in my life .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takshila is located in sector 37c gurugram takshila society is huge society it has lots of huge bullying and lots of flats view is incredible here here has a huge car parking you can get here all essential facilities it is a good place for living I personally recommended this place for your good life experience
