★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star for food. The food is oily and greasy, but it is finger licking yummy. Nothing to write about the ambience. Not a very clean place. The pace is always crowded. The service is super quick. Must have dish is the chaap. I had chicken chaap. Chicken was tastefully marinated with yogurt and spices. It was superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aminia is one the famous authentic Restaurant . Among Mughlai cuisine their speciality is Biryani. My favourite too. Our nearest Aminia is near Goria . Their takeaway or delivery is so good. We ordered special Chicken Biryani few days ago. It was delicious and one plate was quite enough for two. Two pieces of Chicken, one piece of potato and egg . Kolkata special. Which I love most in their biryani is not that chilli spicy. Even my kid could have it. The flavour is amazing and not that sticky oily. The quality of rice, Chicken was so good . Enjoy biryani from Aminia ,it's an awesome experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days ago , I visited an outlet of Aminia Restaurant in Garia and was pretty impressed by the quality and quantity of food served there .
First things first , the restaurant has been dedicatedly following all the post lockdown norms and serving their customers with extreme care and sanitization.
Our hands were sanitized just as we entered. The waiters served us using gloves and the overall hygiene inside the outlet was on point.
These are some of the dishes we tried there -
1. Tikka kebab and Malai kebab - Tikka kebabs with it's blend of spicy flavours and Malai kebab with it's mild spices and Malai flavours can always be the starter of your preference.
2. Mutton Biriyani - Biriyanis in Aminiais a special mention. Mild spices and nominal use of fragnant waters are a speciality of Aminia Biriyani. Along with that , the soft and succulent piece of a mutton will definitely be a tastebud delight. Not forgetting the big piece of potato and an egg which is a must in Aminia Biriyani.
3. Chicken Biryani - Another special mention about this Biriyani is the huge piece of chicken and the Biriyani which will a treat for your never ending appetite.
4. Chicken Handi kebab - Chicken Handi kebab is a flavourful preparation of chicken in a thick spicy gravy . It is no doubt tasty and can be eaten with any rice otlr Indian bread. The egg with it is like a cherry on the cake.
5. Reshmi butter masala - This again is another wonderful chicken preparation with kebabs , fresh cream and a tasty gravy.
6. Phirni - Phirni at Aminia is a must have. It is one of the finest dessert served there.
7. Mixed fruit castard and chocolate mousse - These two desserts come in plastic cups. I personally didn't like the mixed fruit castard because of it's peculiar taste . The chocolate mousse , however , was really good and can be given a try if you are a chocolate lover.
That's all.
Keeping in mind the sanitization norms and the overall food , I would rate this restaurant a 4.5 out of 5 !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good quality and tasty. Totally Loved it with services and other amenities. If you are feeling hungry and there is a nearby AMINIA Restaurant... Just go there and enjoy the food... You will never regret..... Want to go with my friends again... ?

But not meeting the food quality of Aminia Dharmatala branch.
Biriyani was little salty, Reshmi Kebabs were suppose to be softer than what they served.
But overall good experience?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though can't beat Hyderabad biriyani,but still Aminia biriyani is much better than any other biriyanis of Kolkata had so far.Its dry,not to oily and has no smell of that extra "keora" water.Quantity is sufficient and one plate easily serves two,only thing you have to order an extra egg.Prices are affordable with taxes.This outlet is quite clean,hygienic with well behaved staffs.We ordered mutton biriyani and "Afghani" chicken as gravy and taste was pretty good.The taste can be much enhanced with a little more added flavours of spices,I think so.Overall good an experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst aminia experience ever in their garia outlet, i didn't know that aminia can be this bad. They served us atleast 2-3days old meat . When we asked about it they said not at all. But meat was so hard to eat.
