★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the staff not good. They are rude, adamant and don't accept their flaws. They time and again delivered wrong medicine to me. Yesterday they delivered concor 10 instead of concor 5. I checked the medicine after delivery but as the colour of both is same I missed it. I noticed at home and in the evening I have to replace it. What is worrying me if any untoward incident happens who will take responsibility due to the callousness of the staff. Some days back same thing happened but when I bring it to their notice the staff simply said" bhul to hotei pare" . But this bhul and other bhul is not same. They must remember it.

You have to submit your prescriptions and then wait in queue, the staffs will call you when your time will come. Digital billing service.
So a little bit of beurocracy.
The showcase buying option is also there. So a lot of cosmetics and other options too available along with medicines and medical equipments.

But you have to wait atleast 20 mins to buy a medicine. In rush hour you may have to wait more than 30 minutes.

It is located at Garia more. 10 minutes walking distance from Dinabandhu Andrews College. There is an auto stand near this store. Nearest metro station is Kabi Nazrul.

But unfortunately I've insulted by your sales girl unnecessarily. Following your rules I presented medicine list as usually but she refused and insulted me unexpectedly. I didn't expect this sorts of behaviour from this type of famous medicine shop. Hope, your authority will take steps on behalf of customers.

It's also not understood how this particular medicine shop is offering so much discount. Some clarification may be given otherwise, it would be unfair to this trade. Customers may be vulnerable to cheating in the long run.
