★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big bajaj showroom. Has adequate stock of bikes. Staff were friendly when we visited. Parking is available in front and on the road .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amit Bajaj Motors, the only KTM and Bajaj motorcycle showroom in Kgp. The thing that really bothers me is the behavior of sales staff. They do not offer test ride facility, even the website clearly says " Book a test ride". Service is ok, bajaj parts are cheap and easily available hence three stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not bad.Lack of technical staff always a long Queue is there.Some of technician are too good to customer.A personally wait of 4 to 5 hours. Service charges are normal not too much or too cheap. Restrooms and entertainment is there for customer. I think still they need to improve their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service centre for Bajaj in Midnapore district both east and west. If u have Bajaj high ends bike like AS, NS or Dominar then here only u will get the best service. Other service centre in Midnapore district they don't have enough knowledge and experience to service your Dominar. Wait time is more than 4 to 5 hours but the is taken to solve the problem in ur bike with very personalized care. So u feel happy even you have to wait for whole day. I visited for the 3rd free service of my Dominar with few major problems. I traveled 116 km from Haldia and reached there at 10.00am and got my bike after a long wait till 4.30pm. still I was happy at the end as all my problem was solved.

Need to tranning Service advisor for Proper Customer Satisfaction...
But one thing that the technical team is provided an Best of class service that you can not imagine also service manager behavior is very good and polite even you have rude any case...
Also the DCRC regular wise done the service reminder.
So there is three ? ratings....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my veh for servicing and some major repair and maintenance. The repair and maintenance was up to the mark however the effort for cleaning/bike wash was not visible. Need to improve on this aspect. Otherwise over all good.
