They don't have good knowledge staff they don't know Teflon coating also they are saying polish & Teflon coating same only her service manager also 0 knowledge person this type staff they having.
This type staff to hero rech to 100 million customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all , my appointment for the free servicing was at the other Palco centre at Judge court road. They sent me here saying the service book is here. Now this service centre was crowded and they initially refused to provide the service after wasting my time in waiting. Forget social distancing ,except one no other employees were ever wearing mask.
Lastly they lost the floormat of my Hero Pleasure. I received it around 5:20pm after servicing. I didn't notice it then and went straight home. Next morning , I saw it was missing and called them. They casually said if you mentioned it during service checkout, we could take a look, now its not there and we have no idea. Very poor non-professional customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services were good bt I gone through a bad thing that I gone for servicing bt after I returned home I saw that my toolkit and firstaid kit was missing so I complain it to the manager then I got it returned otherwise if I didn't see it then I didn't even come to know about it and the customer lounge is not in good condition where the ac's r not working and it is hot in there can even sit inside and sometimes they don't even solve the customers where as the quality of the engine and the part are degrading day by day such a bad thing bad quality products they r using now a a days
