★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Location, it took 1.45hrs for me to find the lane after lane & by-lane.as of now only 1 mechanic is there to repair & service work with very poor technical knowledge.they are not sincere at all. I felt that they don't have any sense to value the relationship between customers and company. I would like to suggest you all to avoid this workshop. Even you may find some careful mechanic in any rode side who will meticulously service you two wheeler. So don't go to this service center.they have only hire 1 man from Amit bajaj.due to the bad services Amit bajaj have already permanently closed their businesses showroom from Medinipur.very bad.no Spares.

Even basic service takes a lot of time. Staff is well behaved but the mechanics are lazy and takes a lot of time for repairs and staff. Overall go there if you have 4-6 hours in you hand or else you'll have to go home on you foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bajaj Auto really needs to do some better workshop for upper 180cc performance motorcycles in between Jhargram/Midnapore, People comes from long distance like Silda, Lalgarh, (upto 60km) for service their motorbikes, to much patience is required to make your vehicle fit from them, workload is huge, negligence observed, do your eyes open on your issue resolved or not after the service done at their end.
