★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is well organized show room cum service center and service and staffs behavior is unmatched when compared to any Honda show room cum service center in metros even.
Why I am mentioning this is because I am basically from Delhi and have purchased a Honda Activa Bs 6 with front disc break in August 2021 and when I compare with from where I purchased ( I don't want to name) Baba Honda KGP is way ahead in all matters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at INDA ROAD over to midnapur. One of the biggest showrooms for both kharagpur and midnapur people. If you are looking for Honda bikes or scooters it is the best place to come and explore and then buy service center is also available here . Staff is very cordial explains everything clearly and clarifies all your doubts regarding EMI options and offers. Altogether good place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to purchase new bike/scooter they will not help you to get insurance of your choice, they will push you with the insurance company which is with them, if you not agree with them they'll clearly tell they will not sell you bike /scooter! Which is not a good business policy. (For example if you ask them please let me inform the chassis and engine number which is required for taking new insurance as per your choice for newly purchased bike or scooter, their reply will be they will not sold bike/scooter to you). Also after sale service is not good, if you go to purchase for spare parts, either not available or they will told you that they will call you back when the part will be available with them, and they never call you! But remember The Honda is very good company , their response is very good if you do any complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very organized. Lots of staff but no enthusiasm. Not too good with customer relationship. Has all Protenciality but not in use.
The latest update is.... During this COVID/ post COVID situation they are changing Rs.30 from every customar coming for their bike servicing as it is written in the bill " Hygiene and sanitization charge" but if you see the bathroom and toilet of the service centre, I am sure you will vomit, it indescribable dirty and poor condition (please see the attached picture).When I informed it to the workshop Manager, he just so casual and attitude like he doesn't bother about customer's complain. Rather he assured me for look into the matter, he replied that your Rs.30/- will be refund next time when you come for servicing.
One more interesting thing...... I went for servicing for milaga problem and after completion of service I found that my seat lock is not working but the milaga problem is as same as earlier. After wasting a complete half day and lots of money the net result is a big '0'.
This is the all updates and improvements of BABA HONDA.
