★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management of staff and behaviour is not too good and After purchasing From this Showroom I'm not satisfied. And also always they don't have enough stock so I will prefer that you should check Midnapore TVS showroom . And don't finance through their TVS credit they charges a lot and their staffs behaviour is not good. Please fix all this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend bought new tvs raider from here but,in 15 days it got sensor issues,but when we went for the issue,they don't even have the solution also, because they dont hv parts or product to solve the issue,
Service provider is bad
But the workers behaviour is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service manager/engineer doesn't care about the issue you describe, only thinks of making the profit by providing low cost maintenance.
Never ever trust TVS at Kharagpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have professional for bike servicing and fraud employees try to cheat customers by telling only 11 percent interest but they are taking compound interest which is 24 percent according to simple interest never finance from showroom u will be ripped from money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good behaviour of all staffs with customers. Has a sitting room covered with a.c. The best thing is that they don't give up of your answering questions until your problem finally solved. All of these is good but one thing need to change that there must be a good shop out of the showroom for relaxing or something.
