Dear sir I am feeling very lucky and proud to be a customer of Yamaha family I want to mention few incidents for your reference and clarification & compensation for such happenings. Firstly I want to mention that after purchasing faschino scooty during collection of papers or certificates from sales office I have to wait more than 45 minutes unnecessarily though I have attended in a pre defined appointment. When I made call for service booking, customer care executive provided me appointment 9/8/20, intimated to carry Rs 50 as sanitization charges. But it's a matter of great regret that she does not even asked about the problem or any issues related to scooty. Today I attended at 3:00 pm as per slot for first free service. Service representative intimated agiain for Rs 50 sanitization charge during job sheet writing, but not the issues. Though I have intimated him some issues to be checked in first free service including indicator horn installation. I am lucky he has noted it in job sheet. But he has not intimated me that the price or indicator will not be invoices. After that when I made call at around 5 pm she/ he told more 30 minutes it will take for service complete. Again finally at around 5:30 I have got intimation after reaching physically to collect the same that the scooty servicing will take more 10 minutes. One more thing to be pointed out the scooty laid pending till 4:00 pm in roadside ( I don't know the reason). Finally the scooty became ready to be delivered at around 5:45 pm. The receptionist forced me to sign on the blank job sheet which I have stiked out told everything will be filled up layer after signing. I have seen all the job sheet of previous services are in same situation. Invoice of rs 80 for indicator change they denied to provide. And reason behind the late he has explained is the late arrival of customers for service. Though I was not late by a single second but became sufferer. Claimed rs 50 for sanitization of my bike and I opted for MSDS of chemical used and invoice, I am very frustrated that they denied to provide me the same. I have intimated the matter all the senior persons available in that showroom that time, but not received any satisfactory clarification. But one of them exemted me or given waiver from that rs 50 as sanitization charge. As I came to know this practice is going on for most of the customers like blank job sheet signing, charging money without invoice( sanitization charge) I am in drk trench about the servicing details of my scooty from the job sheet. I have requested then several times to fill the same finally when they refused I have stike out. When I checked my scooty scarth mark seen which was not there during handover for service to the service centre. No one given me the resolution and all the receptionist guy misbehaved with me in presence of seniour persons of that sales and service counter I will earnestly requesting you to provide me 1. Clarifications of that happenings 2. Compensation of wasting time and scratches 3. MSDS of the chemical used for sanitization purpose for which charges was imposing to the customers ( though I got waiver finally) 4. Reason behind forcing me to sign on blank job sheet and not proding scope for customer feedback. 5. Resolution of misbehave 6. Why more intested in Rs 50 in place of providing service 7. Job and checkings done in my first service and detail job report 8. CCTV footage of the service of my scooty 9. Reason behind keeping my scooty in roadside in place of service centre for 1 hr. 10. Commitment to provide hassle free service from next time All the hapepnings is self explanatory from the attachment. I hope you will take those in positive manner and I will be reverted back with proper resolution within 2-3 days. I belief this 10 querry will be beneficial for betterment of your organization and fetching customer delight or satisfaction in future through your self appraisal or auditing. Third class service. Never seen this type of service. They just wash your bike and deliver you. But they demand 5 star from you as a feedback.

Service station supervisor and technicians are good and they understand your problems well and provide you the necessary services. I went there with my Fazar 25 couple of weeks back for servicing. Only problem with this service station is shortage of spare parts. Sometimes even basic spare parts are not available with them. Due to this I would suggest you to check first if all the required parts are available or not and then only ask them for servicing. This way you may save the extra servicing cost. If you have urgency you may visit nearest KGP Yamaha service center, there most of the spare parts are available.
