It's ok but staff is not taking intrest at all in customers

Staff behaviour is very good. They talk very politely. I was impressed with their behaviour and bought a Ford ecosport car from them. After buying the car I slowly realised that I have been fooled to buy a car involved into an accident at a much higher price (5 lacs). Immediately after taking delivery of the car ac failed. I contacted them and they took my car to a local repair shop. For the next three months, everyday they promise to finish repair by next day and return the car. Eventually they repaired the ac. I was happy that I was lucky that ac failed immediately. But within next 2/3 months every other parts kept on failing and I kept on replacing them from the authentic Ford service center called Zaara Ford. But then engine also failed and when the mechanic in Ford service center completely opened the car, they informed me that the car was involved in some serious accident and all parts are in bad condition. Here is the list of lies they said very politely and innocently to me: 1. This is the first owner car. We never ever sell any car which is owned by more than one person. I was the third owner of the car. 2. Everything is perfect in the car except a small dent which is so small that one needs an expert eye to find out. They showed me that dent. I was happy that they themselves shown it. But there were plenty of more obvious problems like OVM switch was malfunctional, instrument cluster was malfunctional, duplicate fuel cap, and water tank leakage. Soon I realised that they showed the dent only to distract me. 3. I am a faculty of IIT Kharagpur. They told that they can never think of duping anyone in IIT since it will hurt their reputation. 4. While making rounds in their shop for repairing my car ac, one evening they, in front of me, was telling another prospective buyer that they have sold so many cars in last few months and they have not received any single complaint from anyone. Their shameless lies and superb acting will make even politicians ashamed. After losing 5 lac rupees, after 8 months since buying that car, I have decided to buy a new car. If you really want to buy a second hand car, you should under all circumstances avoid this shop.

Good collection?. Certified car will definitely give peace of mind and pocket?.

Please validate all the details from the previous owner before buying as they always come with a cooked up story. At least be honest and truthful to the customers.

Worst Service. I suggest not to go there. I had purchased a Celerio from them and I am neverthelessly unsatisfied with their services. I fall in their trap of very polite commitment to serve everything to ready the old card, But while I had paid the full amount in cash, they didn't do anything. They informed me to take the delivery and after reaching there I had seen that My car as it was before booking nothing was done even I came to know that they don't have any workshop. After booking they used that car for their personal uses & sometimes they send it for rent. Then after a huge arguments they delivered me that dirty condition car without repair, servicing, polishing, and many other technical defects etc but I had paid in full for all the services. Worst worst & Worst.....!!!

Location: Not far from Kharagpur and Midnapore. It's on the side of highway Midnapore to Kharagpur. Car Condition: Pte owned( second hand) cars, but good condition and value for money. The shop owner keeps and take care of the refurbished and repairing as well as paper works. You can trust them since they have a good reputation on this services. Hospitality and Customer Care: They are smart and good in customer care. They are ready to answer and guide you what ever you want to know more about their service and cars.
