At the age of 70 she doesn't have manners to speak.. I don't know who made her doctor.
If you have skill then you should be polite and kind specially at this age but in totality i can say rude and unprofessional in nature

So rude and arrogant behaviour of nursing staff and receptionist especially sakshi.
They treat everyone as they are superior and others don't know anything.
They are only making money. Time, health of patient doesn't matter to them.
