Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital - New Delhi

My mother was here for emergency case, she was treated well but staffs were a bit rude and rooms were very crowded. One thing i hated the most is hospital was nit neat and clean. It was stinky. Pateints go there to be treated and to improve their health not to be more sick.

I’m writing this review because I had faced a lot of problems in deen dayal upadhye hospital. It is the worst hospital I ever seen, they don’t care about the patients whether they have serious problem or not, they do chill with thier calligues. On 16 march 2022. My grandfather had faced some problem in there lungs and they can’t able to breathe. We went to that hospital and they didn’t gave us proper attention even in serious case. Their staff are just beginners who don’t even know about how to treat patient. They did different experiment on patient Like a mouse in science laboratory. I want to abuse them to all but I can’t, I do not have any other option expect this review. I need to case file against this, And I will. My grandfather died because of their negligence. In deen dayal hospital when you bring any patient you need to do each and everything from bringing wheel chair to bring strechers, they order you to take this report to this room, bring this report from that room. They don’t do anything except just pretending of curing. They all are fake, they don’t have knowledge of single medical things. They send those person to cure who doesn’t have any experience before. Our patient is not a joke, it’s not a thing, it’s living being, how you dare to do experiments. This is not a hospital its the place where you have to cure your patient by yourself. Self cure hospital. Government hospital its free we all know but it doesn’t mean the staff will behave careless and none cooperative. They government is paying you for everything so why don’t you treat patient seriously like private hospitals do. I had some myths in my mind earlier that government hospitals are also good but from now onward after realising all things. I would say that government hospitals are the worst hospitals in Delhi. I have a request to all people to raise your voice against this. I want to complain against this to Delhi government. If someone is reading this review and you have contact with Delhi government kindly send this to them. I kindly appeal to each person please take action when you feel something is going wrong they are not doing right things, they are not attentive, they are not behaving good to patient. Why in government hospitals, why we don’t get proper service just because it’s free! Wow I don’t want to give even 1 rating to this hospital but I have to give at least 1 for writing review. In my perspective I would give this -10/ 5 I kindly appeal to Delhi government to take action against this.

Staff is so poor, no one care about the patient, even in emergency this time I am standing with my mother she is suffering with pain in her stomach and these guys are just listening songs and making fun with each others. We are just standing and asking for curing. So bad experience. These people even don't have manners to talk with patients.

It's a Government hospital and red-tapism is there. It not easy to take treatment from this hospital

My older brother was on a brink of life/death back in the summer of 2012 from Dengue disease. We came to this hospital and we learn so many things about life, caring, sharing, patience and faith. I would like to write it and give a 5 star because of the professionalism of the doctors. Outstanding staffs, and outstanding treatment. God bless you all and thank you so much for all you did not only to us, but for many other people you serve.

Of course government hospital will always govt. It's somewhat good at basement but in front of room 105 first floor you will treat like herd of animals and you may also die but whose care..... merciless condition...

DSSSB Medical Test for all the teaching posts: √first of all ,no need to worry about medical examination. It's a kind of normal check-up. ✓ After getting your DV done at DOE ,you have to show your medical letter(with photocopy) + written application ( for medical permission in your handwriting) to Administration Branch at window ,then, they will write your details in a diary and ask you to wait for getting your details signed by chairman sir, then, you will have to take a particular DATE on which your medical test will be done(Room 15) ✓ come for medical examination at assigned date and time (8:30am near medical board) with 10-12 photographs( used in DV) ✓ one of the hospital staff will help you in filling all the forms and you will not have to wait in the general patient's line. ✓ Urine test , blood test , X-Ray( non-pregnant only) , ENT test( eye test with specs + colour blindness test, ear check up) gynae( female: pregnant test + normal examination of abdominal area)/surgery ( males). ✓ wait for your reports to come and then around 4:00 pm you will get your final medical report signed by chairman sir. ✓ medical test DONE. #No need to panick for medical test. # people are very supportive here.
